The edinn® M2 system is a decisive tool in quality assurance because it combines 2 tools: autocontrol, which establishes a work flow of approving tasks that lead to high quality; and SPC which allows to know evolution and capacity as well as a control of specific quality variables within the process.

Main functions of edinn® M2´s quality assurance:

• Visually notifies the operator when he needs to carry out quality autocontrol tasks or when he should take measurements of quality parameters.
• Visually shows the evolution of quality parameters, in order to control and rectify before causing quality problems. 
  
• Shows the main SPC ratios: CPK, Kurtosis, Skewness, Coeff. of Variance, etc.
• Can be combined with workflow, incidence management and task approval with quality verification. 
  
• Automatically captures production context data (pressure, temperature, etc.) or quality parameters. 
  
• Anticipates and automatically notifies of no-quality situations: ascending or descending points, over the average, etc.
  
• Allows informing the operator on process quality and actions to take to correct the process and avoid no-quality situations.
