edinn® M2: MES

A Manufacturing Execution System (MES) is a system that manages and monitors work-in-process, including both manual and automated tasks, generating production reports.

A MES can include functions as production scheduler, stock, quality and maintenance management among others. Although some authors relate maintenance and stock management to OES (Operational Execution System).

The edinn® M2 system operates in any sector and constitutes a complete MES and OES system when integrated with any ERP (SAP , OpenBravo , Oracle , etc.). Edinn is Premium Solution Provider member of MESA International in order to guarantee its MES solution to be adjusted to the most demanding international standards.

The integration of edinn® M2 with any ERP is realized through the integration module which is adjusted to the international ISA-95 standard, using XML and web services. With this module, you can use your own ERP and optionally your own scheduler, or choose one of the ERP´s and schedulers available on the market.
