Macael, 18 December 2008.  The CTAP signs a collaboration agreement with the valencian company Edinn Consulting España.

Luis Pérez Zamora, general manager of the CTAP foundation and David Tronchoni Pla as representative of the company Edinn Consulting España S.L. , have signed last Friday 12th an Agreement Collaboration between both organizations .

The agreement between the CTAP Foundation and the company Edinn Consulting España S.L., leads to the fact that both organizations join their forces to develop, sell and install software systems that contribute to controlling and improving productive efficiency in the companies of the sector.   

The agreement, that will last one year and will create a powerful team which will be trained by experienced technicians of both agents, has as one of its main objectives to integrate in one tool, the productive efficiency system (developed by the valencian company), with developments in TIC themes for the control, management and scheduling of the stone production (created by the CTAP), creating in this way an integral tool that helps the companies of this sector to get to know their productive losses machine to machine and product to product, in economic terms.

This tool allows to get to know production in real time, even if you are outside the company, to get to know data on realized production and its tracking related to used stocks, it also allows to update stock in real time, and one of its main advantages is to know the tracking in the total productive process from the block until the finished product.

As well, you can get to know the energy consumption related to the realized production, in order to improve the energy efficiency parameters based in production items, it allows to control and realize SPC (Statistical Process Control) of a sample lot, as well as having fully automated all TPM (Total Product Maintenance) tasks based on the realized production and depending on  parameters defined by each company based on special criteria.

The company Edinn Consulting España S.L.,specialized in the Internet and Industry sectors, develops the world leading software on automatic control and improvement of industrial production.
